What is Bissy Swim’s return policy?
We accept returns on unworn item(s) in new condition with all original tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liners in place. All original packaging must also be included with returns.
You have 21 business days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
Can I return my item(s) after the 21 day period?
Any item(s) postmarked within 7 days outside of the 21 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will be processed for store credit. Any item(s) postmarked more than 28 days past delivery date will not be considered eligible for neither refund nor store credit and will be returned to the customer.
Does my store credit expire?
Nope, your Bissy Swim store credit never expires.
Can I exchange my item(s) for a different size or color?
We know you're buying made-to-order suits because you want them to fit just right. That's why we offer a free revision! If you get your suit and it doesn't fit perfectly, send her back and we'll make it right. We'll be in touch about exactly what you want changed. If, for any reason, you still aren't in love with your suit after having it revised, we'll offer store credit or a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Give us 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return for it to be processed. Once your return is processed, it typically takes another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. When your return has been processed, we'll shoot you a confirmation email.
How do I return my order?
For all U.S. orders, we include a prepaid USPS shipping label that you'll see on your original confirmation email. You can print it directly from there. You can use your own shipping label if you want to... but, why? You know? Bissy's got it covered.
To return your order:
Put the unwanted item(s) back in the delivery box - double check that all original tags are attached!
Fill out the return form (included in order) and place it in a box with the item(s).
Stick the shipping label on the box.
Take your return to USPS or schedule a pickup from your front door!
